The Real Estate Investments department started its operations in 2003, with the objective of providing clients with alternatives for investing in the real estate market through sophisticated structures and instruments in the capital market. Currently, the Real Estate Investments department has real estate products focused on the segments of office space and corporate properties, logistics and industrial, urban (mainly for the education and retail segments), real estate receivables and liquid assets.
